Mirora — Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to process a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions: unworn and unused; in its original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached; accompanied by proof of purchase; and in a resellable condition upon inspection.

All returned items are subject to a quality inspection. Mirora reserves the right to decline any return or exchange if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or is otherwise not in resellable condition.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at officialmirora@gmail.com before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where and how to ship your item. Please note that items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Timeframe

After your return has been approved, you must ship the item within 7 days and provide us with a valid tracking number within that same period. Failure to do so may result in your return being declined.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at officialmirora@gmail.com so we can assess the situation and make it right.

Delivery, Customs & Carrier Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched and handed to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier and the recipient. Tracking information provided by the carrier serves as confirmation of shipment and delivery status. If a parcel is held by customs or a local carrier due to unpaid duties, taxes, identity verification, or any other reason, it is the customer's responsibility to resolve these requirements within the carrier's stated timeframe.

Uncollected or Returned-to-Sender Shipments

If your shipment is returned to us due to non-collection, refusal, missed carrier notifications, or unresolved customs requirements, we will not issue a refund or replacement until the item has been received and inspected at our facility. Once received, you may choose between reshipment to your address (additional shipping costs may apply) or a refund for the product price only.

Original shipping costs, customs charges, duties, and any carrier handling fees are non-refundable. A shipment returned to sender is not considered a failed delivery on our part if carrier tracking confirms the parcel reached the destination country and was available for collection.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: personalised or custom-made orders, sale items, and gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending anything back.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely, as Mirora cannot be held liable for returns lost or delayed in transit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete. Mirora cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you. You may choose to have it resent to a corrected address (a new shipping fee will apply) or receive a refund for the product price only, provided the item is returned to us in its original condition. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the transaction. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
